Thanks very much indeed to everyone who has been uploading additional pictures for consideration. Our highest priority is to add images of those moths which do not as yet have illustrations accompanying their species account (just over 30 remain). Can YOU help with any of the remaining gaps, please? While we are keen to have pictures taken locally where possible, we will happily accept images from anyone, anywhere, even abroad, if it helps fill those gaps.

We would also like to expand the photo coverage of most of the other species to give different views and to show variation. Again, these pictures don't necessarily have to come from local recorders. Good quality, in-focus, bright images on a plain or natural-looking background which complement what we already have on the web-site stand the best chance of being accepted. Also, in a few cases the single image already present when the site went "live" is not of the quality we would like and needs to be replaced!

Please do not add micro-moth pictures yet, we'll let you know when they are needed.
